Yes, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@opaleen.com to initiate a return or exchange.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@opaleen.com with your order details and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or refund.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website. If you have any issues tracking your order, feel free to contact us at info@opaleen.com.

We will be able to change the delivery address before your order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, your delivery address cannot be changed. Please contact us at info@opaleen.com for any changes.

All orders sent to the wrong address will be the responsibility of the customer, and in no case of Opaleen. No refund will be possible. The customer will have to place a new order to receive his articles.
